Firebird is first and foremost ethical, professional and discreet. All client information is treated confidentially. Our two principals respectively abide by the codes of ethics of The British Psychological Society, The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, the Association of Coaches, and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Our work in the
UK and EU is also governed by the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation.

Both Firebird’s founding partners and key practitioners work with senior supervisors, are committed to continuing professional development and maintain memberships of key
professional bodies and industry associations.

Firebird is fundamentally committed to treating all its clients with respect, care and empathy, and as unique and worthy individuals, genuinely seeking private and/or professional solutions and positive change.

We believe that the finest, lasting results are achieved by working closely on a personalised basis, according to individual client needs, attributes and aspirations, at a pace tailored to suit. Each human being is unique. Inherent in each of us is the capacity to grow, learn, develop and flourish. And we all need to relate to others, and to the worlds in which we live and work.

We believe in operating with strong self-awareness, and with empathy and support for all our clients. Firebird provides a calm, supportive and confidential environment in which to
pause and reflect, analyse and consider issues from all aspects, discuss and investigate options, whether for the long term, or the immediate future.

As appropriate, we also provide honest, objective feedback and analysis, constructive challenge and pragmatic advice, and suggest forward possibilities and pathways. We examine and articulate the critical context in each client’s world and we encourage and apply insights from key counterparts and constituents.

HOW WE WORK

TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

If you are interested, please contact us using the form below to schedule an initial discussion or meeting. We will use this meeting to get to know each other a little, and mutually agree whether and if so, how best we might work together.

Because we apply a personalised approach, our terms may vary according to individual client needs. One thing that doesn’t change is our commitment to your results and our request for your commitment to working with us. We take our time with you seriously; and we want to work together to build on your commitment. Only by working together will we achieve our best results. This dedication and commitment will be reflected in our cancellation policy and
our further terms of engagement with you.

Our 2 principals work against an agreed specific brief, to achieve measurable, objective concrete results. We always work with an eye for the longer term, with our approach and programs tailored to individual needs. Translated into how we work, this means our
preferred engagement is each individual receives a tailored program for a minimum of 3 months’ engagement – depending on their individual needs, objectives and aspirations.

Frequency of therapy or coaching sessions is negotiable according to need and will be agreed between us and the client. This is likely to differ on a case by case basis.
