different cultures and locations including UK, Australia, Azerbaijan, Turkey and Russia.

Peter’s extensive business experience, insights and know-how help deliver exceptional results for C-suite executives and their direct reports, working with complexity, often under time or other pressures, in large, global firms.

He also helps both established and aspiring leaders to develop professionally and to shape
and achieve their leadership ambitions.

Peter has previously held senior leadership positions at BP plc, TNK-BP Limited, the BG Group, Rio Tinto plc and the BP-Statoil Alliance. From 2011 through 2017, Peter was Group Head of Communications and External Affairs for BP plc, leading a global team of 400
people; a trusted leader and advisor reporting to the BP Group Chief Executive.

Peter is a results-oriented, executive coach, counsellor and mentor. He offers his experience and empathy supportively and pragmatically. He helps clients identify and articulate their specific aspirations, investigate assumptions and options, create strategies and deliver plans. His coaching combines a strong grasp of critical reality, with a future action orientation.

He helps senior executives articulate and achieve breakthrough goals, often in difficult or pressing circumstances. He helps leaders understand and simplify complexity; build self-awareness and belief; and stay fresh and energised for the long term.
